Who We Are
Before entering the wellness space, we both built successful careers in high-pressure corporate environments. Having known each other for many years, we've supported one another through both our corporate careers and our individual paths into wellness. Running retreats together is the natural culmination of that journey; a chance to combine our skills, knowledge and passion for helping others into something truly meaningful.

I help people develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with themselves — so they can better understand how their body, mind and state influence how they think, feel and respond, empowering them to make more conscious choices and create meaningful, lasting change.
My work draws on more than two decades of training, practice and personal experience across neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), yoga and coaching. I trained directly with Dr. John Grinder, co-founder of NLP, and, during my yoga training, lived and practised alongside Swami Paramananda. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for both the science and the ancient wisdom behind lasting change.
My journey began in personal training, where I became increasingly interested in rehabilitation, wellbeing and the relationship between physical and emotional health. I saw how profoundly our physiology can influence how we think, feel and respond — and how greater awareness of the body can become a powerful catalyst for change.
Today, I bring together yogic practices, NLP and somatic exercise to help people regulate their nervous system, shift entrenched patterns and develop a more intuitive awareness of their bodies. Together, these practices create a considered approach to wellbeing that deepens self-awareness and gives you the tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is also deeply personal. During a career in demanding corporate environments around the world, I experienced the pressure to perform, deliver and please, alongside the self-doubt and exhaustion that can accompany it. I came to recognise these patterns not only in myself, but in many highly capable women. Understanding what was happening beneath the surface became an important part of my own journey — and ultimately the foundation of my work.
I believe true empowerment comes through understanding. My role is not simply to give you techniques, but to help you understand yourself well enough to know what you need, why it matters and how to create meaningful change.
Ultimately, this work is about creating more awareness, more choice and a greater sense of ease in how you move through life — so that you can meet its demands with confidence, resilience, clarity and a stronger connection to your authentic self.

I help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems and find a greater sense of balance from within. For nearly two decades, my work has brought together craniosacral therapy, yoga and breathwork as gentle, practical ways to support people through stress, change and uncertainty.
I qualified in Cranial Therapy (CSST) in 2006 after experiencing its effectiveness during treatment for sciatica. Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through multiple styles of yoga and myofascial work.
Alongside my later specialist training in breathwork, these disciplines have shaped my understanding of the body, the nervous system and each person’s natural capacity to settle, release and restore. My approach is gentle, responsive and grounded in the belief that the body holds an innate capacity for healing. I work with each person at their own pace, creating space to notice patterns, reconnect with the breath and develop a greater sense of safety and ease.
My understanding of the breath is also rooted in personal experience. Asthma limited my ability to take part in sport as a child, although I remained active through martial arts, always with a trusted inhaler nearby. In my early twenties, I discovered that yoga and pranayama could help reduce my symptoms. I went on to explore Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram and Vinyasa styles of yoga, drawing on the distinct benefits of each to create bespoke sessions designed to restore, rebalance and rejuvenate.
Over the past five years, I have deepened my understanding of the breath and qualified in Rebirthing Breathwork Therapy through Global Awareness Breathing (GBA), training under Katia Boustani, a globally recognised rebirthing breath master. Rooted in conscious connected breathing, this practice supports both my own development and the way I hold space for others, offering a practical pathway towards resilience, emotional balance, clarity and self-trust.
Today, I offer a calm, compassionate space for people navigating personal or professional transitions, anxiety, burnout, or a lack of confidence. My intention is to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to your own capacity to release, heal and thrive.
